Jacob Aldinger
LMSW
I believe therapy should be a comfortable, supportive, and productive experience. My approach is person-centered, collaborative, and empowering, incorporating motivational interviewing and solution-focused techniques to help clients recognize their strengths and create meaningful
change. I enjoy helping individuals find purpose and direction, work through the emotions that come with life changes and significant events, and realize their full potential. I strive to meet each client where they are and provide a compassionate, flexible space where they feel heard,
supported, and empowered to take meaningful steps toward growth.

LMSW
I am committed to listening to my client’s issues and, together, taking the steps toward change. I believe in a collaborative approach to problems in order to find the solution that best fits each individual. Every person is unique and so each person’s solution will be different. It is important for me as a counselor to not only listen and provide options but to empower you to discover your own solutions. I specialize in trauma, depression, Christian counseling, grief, anxiety, and women's issues.
