Amistic Wiltz

LCSW-S

I specialize in supporting young adults who are balancing the many layers of life- from parenting and relationships to personal growth and mental health. Whether you're adjusting to life as a parent, navigating the ups and downs of a relationship, or finding your way after one ends, therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. My goal is to help you feel seen and supported as you work through feeling "stuck". Together we explore ways to strengthen your communication, manage overwhelming emotions, and rebuild a sense of identity that feels true to you-not just as a parent or partner, but as a whole person.

I am passionate about taking a collaborative approach to supporting clients as they go on a journey towards growth and healing. I provide specialized services for depression, anxiety, and emotional regulation.

Jacob Aldinger

LMSW

I believe therapy should be a comfortable, supportive, and productive experience. My approach is person-centered, collaborative, and empowering, incorporating motivational interviewing and solution-focused techniques to help clients recognize their strengths and create meaningful
change. I enjoy helping individuals find purpose and direction, work through the emotions that come with life changes and significant events, and realize their full potential. I strive to meet each client where they are and provide a compassionate, flexible space where they feel heard,
supported, and empowered to take meaningful steps toward growth.
