It is my goal to help them work through work, relationship, and parenting issues that can lead to feeling lost or confused. Getting on track to being productive and functioning in a healthy manner are goals that I have helped individuals successfully work toward. I take the time to listen to your concerns and preferences regarding treatment and integrating that into a treatment plan that you feel comfortable with, explaining every step along the way. Being able to speak openly and freely in sessions while learning how to feel better inside is the ultimate goal.

I offer a compassionate, client-centered approach tailored to your unique needs. I specialize in supporting clients dealing with anxiety, depression grief, and stress. I am passionate about creating a safe and supportive space for clients to simply be themselves; while partnering with them to explore their challenges, identify and utilize their strengths, develop healthy behaviors, and achieve their goals. It is important for me as a counselor to not only listen and provide options but to empower you to discover your own solutions. I specialize in trauma, depression, Christian counseling, grief, anxiety, and women's issues.
